At Hampton Aviation, our customers aren't just names on a work order.

We recognize that each aircraft has a unique history, and as such, we work closely with our customers to design individual solutions. We're pleased to share what some of our customers have to say.

"Everything was spotless and I could see attention to detail was the heart of their business.  I was blown away by the quality of the metal work. The airplane flew as good as it looked too, with no trip or handling issues. Overall, I was happy with my experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Hampton."

Testimonials

I want to pass along my observations since my arrival.

It is very obvious of the pride of your employees at Hampton Aviation. In my 48 years in aviation maintenance and training, this place is one of the two that speak volumes of ownership and pride in working here in Mena, Arkansas.

1. The buildings and facilities are so well maintained and the folks that occupy them take ownership like it is their home (it is their work home), and the floors you could eat off of. Your facility is one in a million that is environmentally controlled.
2. The staff is to be commended on their hospitality and that "welcome feeling" that is not typical in aviation.
3. I wish I knew all the mechanics names, but everyone on the floor is a dedicated professional, and they take pride in their workmanship.

Please pass along to everyone this information that I have noticed and been recipient of. Thank you.

"The purpose of this note is to thank Hampton Aviation for the outstanding work and unparalleled service you have provided the US Army and its crewmembers flying the C-12 model aircraft during my tenure as Program Director, DynCorp International, C-12 Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) Program. No task has been too small or too large for a small business out of Mena, AR, named Hampton Aviation."

“One thing is obvious: Hampton Aviation cares about quality. Please thank the 'pros' who worked on my airplane. Their work was beautiful. It is obvious that they have the kind of skill that requires both talent and a wealth of experience. The reason I chose Hampton is their quiet confidence that whatever they touch isn’t just going to be “repaired”, it will be as good (or better) than new. I don’t think there is any doubt you all achieved that. Thank you for doing such a great job.”

- Michael Minton

“The major repair on my Cessna Skylane was outstanding. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. You were very up front and honest with the cost and time for repairs. The aircraft is in better condition now than it was before the accident.”

-Gary S. Morgan

“I am writing to say a special thank you for the satisfactory work. I was not just a number but a customer with importance. You cared that the work was done right and on time. That is a quality that is hard to find in any trade these days. I have nothing but praise for your company’s work ethics. I will encourage other customers to come to you for services.”

-Harold G. Pedigo, Sr.

“My Cessna Skylane flies at or slightly better than the book numbers. I can place the plane in a turn, trim it, and she will stay in that turn with the ball centered and hands off. My friends were impressed as well as my IA and the local FAA inspector. I freely tell all who will listen about a man from Mena who did what he said he would and within the cost we agreed to.”

-Robert Hall

“Even though Hampton Aviation is in Arkansas, they were the lowest bidder for the repair of my plane. They came to Arizona, hauled it back, and went to work on it. After just 30 days, they had finished my plane and not only on time, but they went the extra bit that not everybody would, to make my plane look and feel as good as new. I recommend Hampton Aviation for any repair one might need on their plane. Not only are they good at what they do, they are great to work with.”

-Ernie Pritchard, Pilot for the AZ Department of Transportation

"The level of competence you and your people displayed in all areas of the repair was remarkable. Attention to detail, quality of workmanship, the demanding inspectors, were all part of the reason this aircraft returned to its home base with only one minor unrelated discrepancy. Your structural repair facility is far superior to anywhere I have worked in forty six years."

-James McPhee of L-3 Vertex Systems, Randoph AFB, San Antonio, Texas

“I want to publicly thank you for going to great lengths to ensure that our airplane modifications were completed on time and to our satisfaction. You and your team put in a lot of extra hours in extremely trying conditions (100+ degrees outside) to fix our broken air conditioning and INS while we waited. Because of your efforts, we were able to get another valuable piece of Army equipment back to our unit and back to the fight! You and your crew were very professional and great to work with; I personally appreciate that. We’ll see you again on down the road.”

-CW5 Art Johanson

“I just wanted to send you a letter of appreciation regarding Dennis’ purchase of his aircraft. Dennis and I were both impressed on how promptly you went about repairing the squawks we had on this airplane. Your ability to do a quick and high quality repair is truly commendable. In the future, if a situation presents itself, I will definitely be sending my clients to you.”

-Joel Hoppe, President, North Central Aircraft Appraisals, Inc.

“My past experiences with you and your company have been unbelievable. Including my granddad, my dad, and myself, my family has been in the GA arena for over 60 years and have owned and run everything from a J-3 Cub and a PT-22 to Turbine Commanders and L39s. Your shop and your attention to your customers is unsurpassed. Again, thanks for all your help.”

“Since we’ve just concluded this deal, I want to thank you for all you’ve done to make the acquisition of my aircraft possible. I’m impressed with the integrity you demonstrated throughout our dealings and equally impressed with the outstanding craftsmanship you put into the plane. I’m sure we will put the plane to good business and personal use starting immediately.”

-Tom Smythe, Chairman and CEO, Keller Crescent, Co.

“Recently, repairs to my client’s King Air B100 aircraft were completed, the invoices reviewed, and associated insurance claim paid to the policyholder. To say I was satisfied with the work performed by Hampton Aviation would be an understatement. The work performed at your facility on this aircraft was exemplary and done so in a timely fashion well within the proposed budget. I wish to commend you on your exceptional efforts in regards to this repair. The aircraft’s arrival at your facility was the beginning of the closing chapter of a lengthy and at times challenging claim. Your role in that process greatly simplified this matter and was instrumental in it being resolved swiftly, fairly, and reasonably. I am confident that this is not an isolated occurrence at Hampton Aviation, and I look forward to working with you and your highly professional staff in the very near future.”
